We run in-person solar site surveys nationwide: roof, attic and service panel in one visit for residential, and roof, structure and switchgear for commercial. Each state page below lists the electrical and building code editions, how permitting is split between cities and counties, the major utilities and their interconnection pages, and the climate factors that change what the survey has to catch.
