Jarvis App Guidance

An administrator often needs to find the next action while reviewing operational information.

Operations & field

Who it was designed for

SSAI administrators who want optional in-app guidance.

Available to authorized SSAI staff within the existing role permissions. Client and technician accounts do not inherit administrative access.

What it does

Ask about permitted operations, request guidance in the app and choose topics for morning and end-of-day briefs. Bounded address and reference lookup can locate authorized jobs.

Requested edits and consequential actions require confirmation. Conversation and voice remain optional.

How it fits your workflow

STEP 1

Opt in

Choose the available conversation and brief preferences.

STEP 2

Ask in context

Request app guidance or search for a job by address or reference.

STEP 3

Confirm changes

Review and explicitly approve consequential requested actions.

Illustrated workflow. These cards explain the process; they are not screenshots of a customer project.

The practical value

An optional assistant keeps app guidance and bounded job lookup close to the workspace. Confirmation requirements keep requested changes separate from read-only guidance.

A concrete use case

An administrator asks Jarvis to find a job by address, reviews the result and confirms any requested consequential action before it is performed.

Requirements and limits

Jarvis is not available in the client portal. Conversation and voice are opt-in.

Voice requires microphone permission and an available service; voice quality and always-on wake behavior are not guaranteed.

Read-only guidance does not grant permission to change records or send messages.
