Photo-Based Survey Quality Review

A captured answer needs supporting evidence before the survey is ready for delivery.

Workflow illustration
  1. 01Claim eligible work
  2. 02Review the match
  3. 03Resolve the record

Operations & field

Who it was designed for

SSAI administrators reviewing captured survey evidence.

Available to authorized SSAI staff within the existing role permissions. Client and technician accounts do not inherit administrative access.

What it does

Review candidate photographs against each captured input, approve or flag the match, and correct the record before delivery. Original photographs remain available through review.

On phones, queue cards keep claim and continue actions visible. Expand matching guidance, use touch-friendly review controls or retry when review data cannot load. Clear filters to return to available work.

How it fits your workflow

STEP 1

Claim eligible work

Open a job with actual uploaded photographs in the QA queue.

STEP 2

Review the match

Approve or flag the photo associated with each captured input.

STEP 3

Resolve the record

Correct the evidence and complete the required review gates.

Illustrated workflow. These cards explain the process; they are not screenshots of a customer project.

The practical value

Candidate photos remain available during approval, flags and corrections. A photo-eligible queue separates actual review work from jobs with no uploaded evidence.

A concrete use case

A reviewer checks a captured panel rating against its candidate photos, flags a mismatch and corrects the record while preserving the originals.

Requirements and limits

Jobs require actual uploaded photographs before entering QA. The complete capture checklist and approval confirmations still apply.

Source and confidence guidance remain visible; a candidate match is not an automatic certification.
