Delivered Survey Sharing

A receiving team needs a focused way to inspect one delivered survey without gaining workspace-wide access.

Client & survey

Who it was designed for

Administrators and scoped clients sharing a delivered survey.

Admins and the job’s scoped clients can create and revoke survey links. Technicians cannot publish them.

What it does

Create a job-specific read-only page with available survey fields, photographs, model controls and primary shade information. The recipient does not receive a job list or internal editing tools.

Multiple links can be revoked independently. Anonymous deliverable reading and verified guest conversation have separate access requirements.

How it fits your workflow

STEP 1

Choose delivered work

Open Share & export for the authorized non-demo delivered job.

STEP 2

Preview the handoff

Review the read-only page and available deliverables.

STEP 3

Control future access

Revoke an individual link when it is no longer needed.

Illustrated workflow. These cards explain the process; they are not screenshots of a customer project.

The practical value

A revocable, job-specific page keeps the report, available model and photographs together. Read-only recipient access separates the deliverable handoff from internal job management.

A concrete use case

A client creates a share link for a delivered job, previews the exposed information and sends that link through their own approved communication process.

Requirements and limits

Links last 90 days by default. Expired or revoked links stop subsequent access; downloaded files cannot be recalled.

Review visible photo and free-text content before sharing. Automated privacy filtering does not redact text physically visible inside a photograph.
