Client & survey

Who it was designed for

Installer operations, designers and engineers reviewing their own company’s surveys.

Sign in to your company workspace and open its job card. Photos and available models can appear before survey delivery; the report PDF remains delivery-gated.

What it does

The Survey data section brings together site details, homeowner information, checklist answers and notes, photographs grouped by section, available roof measurements, the 3D model, attachments and the delivered report.

Download an individual original photo, the visible photo collection as a ZIP, or the available survey package with Download everything. The package can contain photos, checklist data, measurements, roof report, DXF, survey PDF and attachments; a file that does not exist cannot be included.

Measurements CSV and available DXFs support the next design step. All-photo ZIPs can include drone originals; clear Include the drone photos for a smaller collection. Section folders and a file list help reconcile what was downloaded.

ZIP preparation runs in the background with progress and a ready notification. You can leave the job page while the archive is packed. A failed or incomplete export needs attention before the receiving team treats it as a complete handoff.

Search the survey list or pipeline by part of a homeowner’s name or address, or by the survey reference. Homeowner labels and site addresses make it easier to select the correct job before opening or downloading its data.

Switch between Cards and List next to the jobs search box. List puts each job’s homeowner or address, status, scheduled date and model readiness beside that job’s export buttons; the choice is remembered and the buttons wrap below the row on a phone.

The row offers the available PDF report, photo ZIP, everything ZIP, measurements CSV, DXF, roof report and 3D model. Unavailable buttons stay disabled with a reason; model holds and report delivery requirements still apply. ZIP preparation shows progress before the download starts. Click the rest of the row to open the job card.

Release review

Reviewed October 14, 2026. This guide covers the released installer web workflow, including the jobs List view. Company permissions, source availability and delivery requirements still apply.

How it fits your workflow

STEP 1

Find the correct site

Search by homeowner or address and confirm the job’s address before opening Survey data.

STEP 2

Review what is available

Check the photo sections, checklist, model and measurements; distinguish a missing file from a completed result.

STEP 3

Choose the handoff

Select individual files or a ZIP, wait for preparation to finish, and keep units and source context with the files.

Illustrated workflow. These cards explain the process; they are not screenshots of a customer project.

The practical value

A consistent site package reduces the folder chasing between operations and design. Original photos and checklist answers let the receiving team trace a question back to captured evidence.

A concrete use case

A designer searches for a homeowner, checks the electrical photo section, exports roof measurements as CSV and downloads the available package. The report is still pending, so the designer treats the current package as preliminary rather than assuming it contains a delivered report.

Requirements and limits

Access is limited to your own company’s jobs. Internal-only items, removed photos and photographs rejected in quality review are excluded from client data and exports.

Each section appears when its source data exists. Model processing, a manual hold or missing geometry can prevent a model or measurement export from being available. The survey PDF appears once delivered.

Original image downloads keep camera metadata; consider what you share onward. These files are project evidence, not public promotional assets.

New PDF reports include a photo appendix and drone contact sheets. Previously delivered PDFs gain that layout only after regeneration; a new software release does not rewrite every old report.

Check critical dimensions and design assumptions before material orders or construction. A download is not an engineering approval or permit decision.

List view retains company isolation and the same export availability as the job card. It does not reveal staff identities or make a held model or undelivered report available.
