If your solar panels are producing less than expected, your monitoring app is offline or the system has stopped reporting, it can be difficult to know where to start. Our planned homeowner service will use the monitoring information you authorize us to access to support an initial remote review.

Remote data can support investigation, but it may not establish the physical cause of a problem. Some issues require an on-site inspection or help from your installer, equipment manufacturer or a qualified professional. We are not promising a repair or a diagnosis of every fault.

What we are working toward

The planned offer is a free initial remote diagnosis after connecting a supported solar monitoring system. Provider compatibility, access steps, review scope and service timing will be published when the homeowner workflow is ready.

Registering interest does not connect your inverter, start monitoring or begin a diagnosis. You do not need to share a monitoring password, account token, home address or production records to express interest.
