Available in the web platformA busy workspace should help users reach the next page without losing track of the current task.
Workspace
Administrators, clients and technicians navigating their web workspace.
Available across the admin, client and technician web workspaces. Search results follow the account’s permitted pages.
Choose a compact navigation rail; the web app remembers that preference on your device. Notifications, help, profile and calendar controls stay accessible in the compact rail. If notifications cannot load, the app shows the failure and a retry action. Keyboard focus stays within open dialogs and mobile navigation, then returns when they close.
Find a page opens permitted workspace destinations. Job and survey searches remain in their respective pages, with existing company and role access.
Open Cmd+K on Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows and search permitted page names.
Choose with arrow keys and open with Enter.
Use compact navigation with its device-specific preference.
Illustrated workflow. These cards explain the process; they are not screenshots of a customer project.
Keyboard search and a compact rail shorten the path to permitted destinations. Existing role boundaries remain in place while navigation takes less screen space.
A technician opens Find a page with Ctrl+K, selects an available destination with the arrow keys and uses the compact rail on return.
Find a page searches workspace destinations, not every job or survey record.
Compact navigation is remembered on the device. It does not change the user’s role or company access.
